Rossmoor Pet Hospital — Walnut Creek, CA
We built Rossmoor Pet Hospital from the ground up for a veterinary investor group looking to open a full-service animal hospital in Walnut Creek. The project included multiple exam rooms, a surgical suite, x-ray and diagnostic imaging rooms, a treatment area, reception and front desk buildout, and ADA-compliant restrooms. We also handled all the underground and above-ground plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and interior finishes. The hospital features a modern, clean layout designed to keep both pets and their owners comfortable from the moment they walk in. Rossmoor Pet Hospital is now open and serving Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, and the surrounding Contra Costa County communities.
Lone Tree Veterinary Hospital — Antioch, CA
We built out Lone Tree Veterinary Hospital in Antioch, a full-service animal hospital and urgent care facility on Lone Tree Way. The buildout included exam rooms, a surgery area, in-house diagnostic lab space for digital x-ray, ultrasound, and blood testing equipment, as well as the reception area and client-facing spaces. The hospital needed to support extended hours — they're open until 10pm most days — so we made sure the layout, lighting, and HVAC systems were built to handle long operating hours and high patient volume. Lone Tree now serves pets across Antioch, Oakley, Brentwood, and Pittsburg.
Universal Pet Hospital — Palo Alto, CA
We completed a full buildout of Universal Pet Hospital on El Camino Real in Palo Alto for Dr. Vikramjit Singh and his team. The project included designing and constructing four exam rooms, a surgical suite, an x-ray room, an ultrasound room, a dedicated treatment area, a pet drop-off zone, and a welcoming reception area — all built to support the daily flow of a busy veterinary practice. We worked closely with Dr. Singh to make sure the layout met the specific clinical needs of his staff while also creating a space that felt inviting for pet owners. Dr. Singh liked the work so much he hired us again to remodel his personal kitchen in Fremont.
